Civic Watch Europe offers a monthly digital subscription giving access to:
The subscription is a digital service delivered electronically, accessible immediately upon payment confirmation.
€3.00 per month, all taxes included (VAT included)
VAT is calculated automatically according to the subscriber's country of residence, in accordance with EU Directive 2006/112/EC on electronic services.
Billing is monthly, on the anniversary date of the subscription.

The contract is concluded upon receipt of the payment confirmation email from Stripe.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe Inc., a PCI DSS certified payment service provider. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other methods available in your country.
Civic Watch Europe never stores or processes your payment card data directly.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for digital content services that begin immediately upon purchase confirmation.
By confirming your subscription and requesting immediate access to the service, you acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply.
However, you may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days of the period. You retain access to subscriber content until the end of the paid period.
In the event of a failed payment, Stripe will automatically retry the charge. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be suspended and you will lose access to subscriber content. You will be notified by email.
Given the nature of the digital service (immediate access upon payment), refunds are not issued except in the following cases:
Refund requests must be sent to contact@civicwatcheurope.com within 14 days of the disputed charge.
We reserve the right to modify the subscription price or content with 30 days' prior notice by email. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of [À COMPLÉTER — ville du siège social], France.
